Final Post!

My final post will be the song that we should use for the ending seen when juliet and romeo and die.

I would use this song for the ending seen because it is very sad and a slow tempo. There is also a part in the song where you get to understand what there kinda going through,and how you feel there love.
I would like to say that i did have alot of fun with this project and that i wish i could do it again next year and the year after. and i think it is a better alternitve then writing test and and doing essays

Soundtrack of Romeo and Juliet

From what I have heard, the project is coming along very well and so is the songs, Anthony Green and I have been work diligently on this project. The songs i have choice are suited very good with the sences, all i need to do now is talk to the directors to know there perspective on it. In my next Blog i will post the songs and have YOU! decide on which ones you like and what  ones you dont like. What i have noticed is it is very hard to mix the songs that we listen to now in 2011 to the songs way back in the 80's and 70's, I need to find the right tempo of the 80's songs and match it up with the 2011 songs. Just to let you guys know about tempo is If the tempos arent matching it could throw off the whole mood of the play. The songs will be posted on my next blog.

I will keep you guys posted on the songs, they should be uploaded this weekend but in the mean time go look at anthony Green's blog and see what hes got, he said he has been working on some songs and we will have to go over what is good for the production, i am still debating on if i will mix songs or not. My Job is Hard

My part in Romeo and Juliet is soundtrack as you may know. I have been looking at the scripts and thinking of songs i could mix or just put right into the play. I am having a hard time finding the songs that will go with the ending part where romeo and Juliet both kill themselves, it is between 3 different songs. Next weeks post i will be giving you guys the decision on what songs you guys want. two of the songs I have choosen for the ending are 60's songs that are vary sad and the other song is modern day, a song you guys should know. Next week I will put the songs up for the play that i think would be great for it. And the 3 songs i cant decide on. The three songs i cant decide on you guys will choose and give me feedback on which song is the best.

Romeo And Juliet Soundtrack..

My jod is very vital to this project. I put mood and tone into the play. If i am ask to make the mood very sad, i can hat with the song choices i can use. If i want to make the mood happy or fast pace i can do that. I can mix songs to make the tempo slow to fast, or to make the mood sad to happy or excited. i will pick some popular songs that are in modern age. and then i will pick some songs that are back in the 60's and 70's, to " spice it up ". Choosing a song that fits the mood and scene is crucial to making the play good.
